About the Role
We're hiring Murphy's first fully dedicated Talent Acquisition hire. Murphy is entering a critical moment: building a world-class product, closing customers across the globe,



and rolling out our solution successfully — none of which is possible without a world-class team. You'll own that pipeline end to end, reporting to the Head of People, fueling our growth with multiple key hires every month across both Product & Engineering and GTM.
This is a hands-on, high-volume, high-bar recruiting role: you'll source directly, run the process end to end, and lean on AI and workflow tools to move faster and find better candidates than a traditional recruiting process would.
Source top talent, relentlessly. Go beyond inbound: build and run outbound sourcing pipelines, using AI tools and workflows to find and engage candidates others miss, across both technical (Product & Engineering) and commercial (GTM) roles.
Partner with hiring managers. Get deep enough into each role to challenge and sharpen the profile, not just fill a spec — be a true partner in defining who wins, not just posting the job.
