Your Role: Sales Development Representative
We are seeking sharp, self-directed professionals who take initiative rather than waiting for direction. Whether you are early in your sales career or transitioning into cybersecurity, this role offers the opportunity to develop sound judgment, exercise independent thinking, and accelerate your professional growth.

From day one, you will receive training spanning cybersecurity fundamentals and sales development best practices. This foundation is designed to be a starting point rather than a ceiling, we expect team members to build on it, identifying smarter, more effective ways to engage prospects and communicate how Redborder detects threats that others overlook.





Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research on target companies and engage with clear intent, adapting your approach based on context rather than relying on scripted outreach.
Identify and build relationships with CISOs, IT managers, and other key decision-makers, applying judgment to tailor your approach to each stakeholder.
Articulate Redborder's value proposition clearly and persuasively, in a voice that reflects genuine understanding rather than rote messaging.
Schedule Discovery Calls and directly contribute to pipeline growth.
Partner with the Marketing team to convert warm leads and support campaign execution, proactively identifying opportunities.
Craft concise, compelling emails and LinkedIn messages, refining your approach based on what generates results.
Contribute new ideas and share insights with the team to continuously improve collective performance
