MISIÓN DEL PUESTO:
Proporcionar una atención excelente durante el check-in, la estancia y el check-out, respondiendo con prontitud, eficiencia y cortesía.
Gestionar reservas, cambios y asignaciones de habitaciones, asegurando la correcta actualización del PMS y el cumplimiento de los estándares del hotel.
Controlar cuentas de huéspedes y facturación, garantizando que los cargos sean correctos y se registren en el momento oport
