We are looking for an exceptional Executive Chef to join the pre-opening leadership team at ZEST Hotel & Resort Ibiza, an exciting new five-star lifestyle resort launching in Ibiza.
This is an opportunity to do much more than run a kitchen.
We are looking for a culinary leader who can help shape the food identity of ZEST from the ground up – creating distinctive concepts, building an outstanding brigade and delivering food experiences that reflect the energy, produce and personality of Ibiza.

ZEST Hotel & Resort Ibiza is a new five-star lifestyle destination set in the hills above San Antonio.
With 206 keys, private villas, destination restaurants and bars, a Pool Club, wellness facilities and a integral entertainment partnership, ZEST will combine luxury hospitality with the creative and social energy of Ibiza.
Food and beverage will be central to the ZEST experience, making this a key appointment within our pre-opening leadership team.
The Opportunity
As Executive Chef,



you will take overall responsibility for the culinary direction and kitchen operations across the resort.
Working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and wider leadership team, you will develop the culinary identity of ZEST and translate it into exceptional guest experiences across our restaurants, bars, Pool Club, in-room dining and events.
You will have the opportunity to influence everything from menu development and local sourcing to kitchen culture, recruitment and commercial performance.
Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and delivering the overall culinary vision for ZEST
Creating menus that reflect Mediterranean and Ibicenco influences while remaining commercially relevant to an international luxury audience
Championing local and regional produce, including relationships with Ibizan and Balearic suppliers
Leading culinary operations across multiple resort outlets
