Job description
We are looking for a Administrative and Operational Management Manager, the position is a key role to ensure efficiency in the daily management of the company, and the financial analysis of projects whilst contributing to the success of our real estate development projects in Mallorca.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the day to day administrative and operational tasks
Management of documentation and paperwork related to real estate projects.
Support in the coordination with suppliers, contractors and other agents involved.
Calculation of profitability and economic projections for real estate projects.
Control and follow-up of budgets, invoices and payments.
Contract management and compliance with legal regulations.
Collaboration with the management team in the planning and execution of strategies.
Fluent communication with international clients and collaborators.
Excellent management & communication skills

Requirements




Previous experience in administrative and operational management in the real estate or construction sector.
Solid knowledge in financial analysis, profitability and viability of real estate projects.
Advanced knowledge of office tools (Word and Excel) and administrative management systems is a plus.
High capacity for organisation, attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills and customer orientation.
Driving License and own vehicle

Languages: Spanish and English
Spanish and English at a high level (required).
German will be a highly valued plus.
