Product Marketing Executive
The Role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Executive to lead and accelerate the growth of our trading competitions and tournaments. In this role, you will be the driving force behind these key products, designing and optimizing high-impact campaigns, promotional initiatives, and engaging contest mechanics that capture player interest, drive general user acquisition, and boost long-term retention. Main responsibilities :
Design and implement strategic go-to-market plans to increase awareness and participation in trading competitions.
Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, competitions, tournaments, challenges, and seasonal marketing initiatives across multiple markets.
Ensure strategies align with the overall product objectives and the company vision.
Partner with various marketing departments to design and roll out impactful acquisition and retention campaigns.
Dive deep into campaign results and draw out key trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Work closely with product owners to implement relevant marketing strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify effective strategies for acquiring and engaging high-value users.
Relay findings to relevant marketing departments and suggest strategic shifts when necessary.
Main requirements:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
At least 3 years of solid experience in Digital Product Marketing or a similar role.
Proven experience in planning and executing competitions, tournaments, promotional campaigns, rewards programmes, or customer engagement initiatives.
Proven experience in fintech, online trading or a similar industry.
