Scopely is seeking an experienced a Lead Finance Analyst/Manage r to join Product Finance in support of our LIVE Games Portfolio — a group of live-operated, top-grossing mobile games generating meaningful revenue for Scopely. This is a senior, high-visibility role for someone ready to operate as a true finance business partner: owning financial models end-to-end, driving KPI and performance reporting, and initiating the projects that shape how the portfolio is managed.
Based out of our Barcelona office, you will partner directly with General Managers and cross-functional stakeholders across game studios, User Acquisition, Data Science and Finance leadership, Accounting, and central teams. You will be a key voice in portfolio-level decision-making, translating data and models into clear recommendations for senior leadership. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibit the highest personal and professional integrity, and work effectively with supervision while independently managing recurring monthly and quarterly deliverables.

this position calls for someone who can operate with a high degree of autonomy — identifying problems, initiating and leading projects, and managing senior stakeholders across the organization with minimal oversight, while still delivering the operational rigor (forecasting, close support, variance analysis) that keeps the portfolio running smoothly
Strategic Ownership: Own end-to-end financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting for titles within the LIVE Games Portfolio, presenting directly to senior game and finance leadership.
Serve as the primary finance point of contact for a broad set of cross-functional partners — game GMs, UA, Data/BI, Accounting — building the trusted relationships that shape business decisions.
