Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead strategic UX research for Prime, acting as the research and intelligence partner across flights, hotels, rail, and more. You’ll synthesize evidence from multiple sources to shape Prime’s lifecycle strategy and drive improvements in acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate with Product Directors and executives, translating insights into actionable roadmaps and measurable impact. This position blends research leadership with cross-functional execution in a fast-paced travel tech environment.

• Manage the strategic Prime research roadmap across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, adoption, and retention
• Prioritize research to guide Prime strategy, growth, revenue, and experience
• Execute end-to-end generative, evaluative, and mixed-methods research
• Synthesize feedback, behavior, and research into actionable insights
• Maintain an Evidence and Opportunity portfolio with source traceability
• Link research-backed decisions to execution and measurable results




• Coordinate Prime research demand and cross-functional dependencies
• Map end-to-end Prime journey across products and remove silos
• Balance competing research resource priorities and CRM capacity
• Establish delivery plans, decisions, risks, and escalations for complex initiatives
• Support cross-product research shaping Prime strategy and member experience
• Advise Product Directors and executives with actionable insights
• Summarize evidence into clear recommendations and risk assessments
• Regularly share insights and knowledge gaps with leaders
• Identify research gaps early to de-risk investments
• Report research limitations and confidence levels
• Guide roadmaps with objective, evidence-based data
• Lead team-wide recruitment and CRM participant management
• Maintain recruitment workflows, privacy, consent, and sample quality controls
• Monitor campaign metrics and recruitment risks to improve operations
