In this role you shape how Star Trek Fleet Command is understood and experienced by millions of players. You will partner with Product, Live Operations, Marketing, Community, and Campaigns to translate complex features into clear player value and engaging narratives. You lead go-to-market plans, craft messaging frameworks, and coordinate cross-functional launches that connect product innovation with meaningful player outcomes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent storytelling, high-quality assets, and a compelling player journey across launches and live events. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the player-facing narrative for Star Trek Fleet Command across launches, campaigns, CRM, and in-game messaging
• Translate complex gameplay systems, progression, monetization, and roadmap priorities into compelling player stories
• Lead integrated go-to-market strategies for major features and seasonal content




• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness with Product, Creative, Community, Analytics, and external partners
• Create and steward messaging frameworks, briefs, and marketing assets aligned with brand and franchise guidelines
• Measure adoption and performance post-launch and translate insights into optimization actions
• Lead and evolve the Product Marketing function, mentoring the Campaign Manager and improving launch processes

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, Integrated Marketing, or related roles within games, entertainment, technology, or digital products
• Experience leading integrated product launches and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Creative, Analytics, Campaigns, and external partners
• Ability to translate complex systems into clear player narratives and value propositions
• Strong collaboration skills with Product, Marketing, Community, Liv
