What You’ll Do
- Be the main on‑site contact for meeting planners and event organizers.




- Coordinate event logistics with all relevant departments (banqueting, kitchen, AV, housekeeping).
- Support the setup and breakdown of meeting spaces according to client specifications.
- Ensure service runs smoothly and all client requests are addressed in real time.
- Assist with signage, materials, and documentation for events.
- Maintain event documentation and daily reports for internal communication.
- Deliver top‑tier guest service with a warm, solution‑oriented approach.
- Represent the Grand Hyatt brand with professionalism and personality.

Who You Are
- A current university student (preferably studying Hospitality, Events, or Tourism).
- Available to start in September for a 6‑month internship.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure.
- A confident communicator who thrives in guest‑facing roles.
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willing to work adaptable
