Experteer Overview
In this role you will define and lead Sompo’s integral brand strategy with a focus on the Pu0026amp;C business, shaping a distinct identity across regions, including Japan. You will guardianship the general visual identity, drive brand governance, and advise leadership on perception and impact. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll elevate the brand through cross-market programs and measurable brand health. This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a global, culturally diverse context.

• Evolve and protect the global visual identity and ensure consistency across channels and regions
• Act as global brand guardian aligning with Sompo Holdings while adapting to local market needs
• Advise senior leadership on brand perception, positioning, and impact
• Manage and grow a high-performing, cross-functional team
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR and business units to implement the brand across the ecosystem




• Develop and implement brand measurement frameworks and track campaign effectiveness
• Oversee brand budget, external agencies, and vendors ensuring quality and budget control

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of brand leadership in a global organization
• Experience in brand transformation, repositioning or expansion
• Experience with Japan market; strong understanding of Japanese business culture
• Japanese language fluency is desirable
• Expertise in brand architecture, visual identity systems, tone of voice and governance
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent strategic thinking, creative judgement and communication skills
• Ability to travel occasionally
