Experteer Overview
In this role you bridge Ru0026amp;D and Supply Chain to bring innovative products to market. You will align materials, suppliers, costs, quality, and timelines with product development, collaborating across Ru0026amp;D, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and project management. You drive efficiency, sustainability, and business success by integrating supply chain requirements into development and optimizing total cost of ownership. You will work in a cross-functional setting to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery, with a focus on high-quality execution and impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and coordinate SCM activities for assigned Ru0026D projects ensuring on-time delivery
• Serve as the main SCM interface within Ru0026D projects across engineering, procurement, quality, and manufacturing
• Integrate SCM requirements into product development to optimize cost, quality, and performance
• Develop and evaluate value chain strategies for new products with focus on total cost of ownership and sustainability
• Ensure timely availability of materials and resources for Ru0026D programs and improve material flow




• Analyze SCM data to identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigation plans
• Coordinate deliverables across SCM including category management, supplier quality, procurement, and factory SCM teams
• Prepare SCM deliverables, documentation, reports, and stakeholder presentations for project gate reviews

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, SCM, Business Administration, or related field
• minimum of 3 years in SCM, Ru0026D, procurement, or related environment
• experience in sourcing, supplier management, and project-based SCM processes
• strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate data into insights
• excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and cultures
• proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality results
• experience in risk management, cost optimization, project management, or sustainability initiatives is a plus
