Experteer Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Factorial, you will source, attract, and hire top talent for our GTM DACH teams as we scale globally. You’ll partner with Hiring Managers and Directors to own end-to-end recruitment and ensure a smooth candidate experience. You’ll help build high-performing, diverse teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience, contributing to our growth and international expansion. This role offers the chance to shape hiring strategy in a fast-moving, inclusive tech environment; you’ll work with a multinational TA team.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process across multiple teams and roles
• Screen candidates via resume review, interviews, and assessments to assess fit
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and other teams to understand needs

Responsabilidades
• Fluent in English and German
• Experience in international Talent Acquisition, ideally in tech/scale-up environments
• Proven ability to manage GTM and cross-functional hires (sales to engineering)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort with fast-paced, changing environments
• Willingness to teach, learn, and adapt
