Were looking for a
Finance Systems & Automation Lead
to own and scale the technology behind our Finance function.
Youll work across
Finance, Data and Engineering , turning business needs into smarter systems, automated workflows and reliable integrations. Youll have real ownership of the roadmap and the freedom to improve how things work.
What youll do
Own and evolve our
ERP and finance systems , with a strong focus on NetSuite.
Automate core finance processes across
O2C, P2P and R2R .
Design and manage integrations between the ERP, internal tools and data platforms.
Turn finance requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Lead finance systems projects from idea to implementation.
Improve the quality, accessibility and reliability of financial data.
Evaluate new tools and technologies, balancing
build vs. buy
decisions.
Partner with Finance, Data and Engineering to improve the overall systems architecture.
What were looking for
4+ years in
Finance Systems, ERP,



Business Applications or Finance Transformation .
Strong experience with
NetSuite or a similar ERP .
Good understanding of
finance and accounting processes .
Hands-on experience with
integrations, APIs and automation .
Comfortable with
SQL
and financial data.
Experience with
Python, SuiteScript or similar
is a plus.
Strong project ownership and stakeholder management skills.
Someone who enjoys solving messy problems and turning them into simple, scalable solutions.
Bonus points
Experience with
iPaaS, dbt, BI tools, SaaS environments
or scaling finance systems internationally.
