Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage assigned suppliers and lead all purchasing activities for projects, ensuring targets for cost, quality, service and sustainability. You will apply defined supplier strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and drive sourcing to meet objectives. As Global Lead Buyer when designated, you represent Ficosa with global suppliers and align with cross-country teams. You will participate in committees and reporting, upholding ethics and ISMS requirements to support effective procurement across teams.

• Apply supplier strategy across panels and product families; oversee production and/or indirect suppliers
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet business objectives
• Lead supplier issue resolution following escalation matrix
• Manage project-purchasing activities per FDS
• Negotiate and implement technical savings with suppliers
• Lead sourcing processes to meet quality,



price, timing, sustainability and service objectives
• Act as Global Lead Buyer for general suppliers when designated
• Present sourcing processes to assignments committee
• Participate in monthly purchasing reports for projects and suppliers
• Follow standard methodologies of Ficosa's Purchasing System
• Adhere to Code of Ethics and ISMS; promote OHSE and Quality initiatives
• Collaborate in teams to foster values and effectiveness

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics
• Fluent in local language and Fluent English (spoken u0026 written)
• Minimum 2 years in a similar position
