Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the day-to-day paid channels and email marketing efforts to generate demand and build pipeline. You work closely with the Digital Manager and Growth team to execute campaigns, test ideas, and report results. You will own channel optimisation, nurture-focused email workflows, and data-driven performance reviews. This hands-on position offers scope to experiment within a defined strategy while delivering measurable impact for growth.

• Manage day-to-day Meta and Google Ads: setup, targeting, bidding, optimization
• Support YouTube as a performance channel and launch LinkedIn Ads with ABM-style targeting
• Leverage AI tools to create and iterate ad creative and copy for testing
• Collaborate with Digital Manager on channel mix, budgets, and testing roadmap
• Own end-to-end email marketing: strategy, build, deployment, optimization, reporting
• Design nurture tracks for different lead segments and manage HubSpot workflows with segmentation and A/B tests
• Define and track email KPIs (open rate, CTR, MQL contribution) and report




• Maintain HubSpot database health: list hygiene, properties, and suppression logic
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reporting on paid channels (CPL, CPC, ROAS, MQLs) and flag issues
• Contribute to monthly marketing performance summaries for leadership
• Manage six-figure budgets across multiple locations
• Stay detail-oriented while managing multiple campaigns and channels

Responsabilidades
• 2–4 years in performance marketing, B2B preferred
• Proven experience running Meta and Google Ads independently
• Exposure to LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads, willingness to develop further
• Strong email marketing skills with nurture design and measurement know-how
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, tracking)
• Experience managing six-figure budgets across locations
• Data-fluent with ability to report, analyze, and propose changes
• Organized and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
