PMO – Digital Industrial & QA Solutions

to support strategic digital transformation initiatives within a leading pharmaceutical organization.

This role will play a key part in the successful delivery of critical Manufacturing, Laboratory, and Quality Systems projects, working cross-functionally with QA, QC, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams.

Support governance, planning, and execution of strategic projects Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies Prepare Steering Committee materials and project status reports Monitor KPIs, budgets, resource allocation, and project progress Maintain project documentation and governance standards

PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech,



or life sciences industry Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives Knowledge of Manufacturing, Laboratory, or Quality Systems Experience with governance, reporting, and stakeholder management Quality and Manufacturing digital platforms

You are a proactive and detail-oriented PMO professional who thrives in complex, regulated environments and enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
