Experteer Overview
As Amazon eTrade Marketing Manager, you will own the full Amazon sales cycle for your markets and drive category performance with cross-functional teams and Amazon KAMs. You will optimize conversion, traffic, and ASP using Amazon tools, plan deals and inventory, and lead performance reporting. You’ll defend the brand through Brand Registry and evolve eCommerce best practices across a regional scope. This role blends strategic impact with hands-on delivery in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own full sales cycle on Amazon for designated markets/categories, from listing to activation plan
• Analyze market and collaborate with Amazon KAMs and cross-functional stakeholders to drive category performance
• Maximize sell-out by managing Glance Views, Conversion, and ASP; leverage SEO/SEA and Amazon tools (Vendor Central, Vine, Bundling)
• Plan quantities to minimize stockouts (RepOOS) and design impactful deals for market share
• Coordinate with external agency to optimize funnel campaigns (CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS, CVR) and ensure weekly reporting




• Ensure transparent trade-up and create cross-selling opportunities across ranges
• Report weekly on POS performance using Pareto and 5 Why methodologies
• Evolve understanding of the online landscape and develop Amazon-specific eCommerce best practices
• Collaborate with AVS at European level; defend brand via Brand Registry with legal and SBU teams
