is seeking a Senior Cost and Commercial Manager based in Madrid, Spain, with at least 8 years' experience in construction cost control, commercial management and estimating, particularly on data centre projects.
You will lead cost planning, budgeting, procurement support and contract administration across complex schemes.
The role reports to the Project Manager xqbhyrx and Commercial Lead, and requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail and fluency in Spanish and English
