Job Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the Italian Speaking Consumer Experts for JTI position in Greece, focusing on the high-tech world of consumer electronics. Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert-level support to customers regarding advanced consumer electronics products.

- Troubleshoot technical issues with consumer electronics hardware and software via phone, email, and chat.

- Maintain high-quality interactions to ensure peak consumer satisfaction within the Italian market.

- Stay updated on the latest consumer electronics industry trends to provide precise, knowledgeable advice.

- Process customer inquiries regarding orders, warranties, and technical specifications with speed and accuracy.

- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex technical concerns effectively.

- Represent the JTI brand with professionalism, ensuring a premium service experience for all Italian-speaking users.





- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.

- Valid EU passport (mandatory).

- Strong interest in the consumer electronics industry and new technologies.

- Previous experience in customer support or a high-tech service environment.

- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

- Ability to thrive in an international, fast-paced work environment in Athens.
