Experteer Overview
In this role you will support and enhance SAP and Limble-driven Supply Chain Execution across the EU, focusing on Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance, and Quality. You translate business needs into system solutions, participating in the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support. You will work within a global IT team to drive value for EU operations and improvements. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to lead small-to-mid scale system enhancements and shape future tooling. You will contribute to quality, compliance, and documentation efforts while maintaining strong stakeholder relations.

• Provide SAP and Limble application support for Manufacturing, Quality, and Plant Maintenance in the EU region
• Act as a functional and technical SME aligning business needs with system solutions
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with IT stakeholders
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for development teams
• Define and support testing activities including UAT and validation




• Participate in design reviews to ensure solution quality and compliance
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate incident resolution as escalation point
• Lead small to medium system improvement projects and coordinate deployments
• Support system documentation, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure SLA adherence and effective communication with business users

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Seven years of IT experience supporting Supply Chain execution (Manufacturing, Quality, Plant Maintenance)
• Ability to develop product requirements from diverse inputs
• Ability to design test conditions and expected results
• Strong communication and progress reporting
• Issue and risk management with escalation when needed
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• Leadership and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in SAP Manufac
