Financial Control & Month-End

-

- Review P&L;, balance sheets and reconciliations and support the month-end close across multiple entities.

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.

Cost, Budgeting & Performance Management

-

- Perform monthly cost and variance analysis.

- Support the preparation and review of annual budgets, forecasts and periodic reforecasts.

- Monitor performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities.

- Identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to management.

Bonus & Commission

- Review bonus and commission calculations and supporting data.

- Maintain bonus accruals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with expected payments.

Statutory, Compliance & Cash Management

-

- Support statutory accounts, external audits and fiscal declarations and filings.

- Act as a key finance contact for external auditors and tax advisors.

- Ensure required documentation and local compliance requirements are maintained.

- Support intercompany cash repatriation, ensuring transactions are executed in line with local legal, tax and regulatory requirements.

Business Support & Process Improvement

- Provide day-to-day finance support to the operational business and resolve financial queries.

- Manage and resolve international billing queries, working closely with relevant finance and operational teams.

- Partner closely with HR, Commercial and Operations teams to support business requirements. xqbhyrx

- Challenge existing processes and support the implementation of improvements across the region.
