In this Integral Employment Counsel role, you provide expert employment-law guidance for a multinational hospitality tech company. You will support the People and Culture function across key jurisdictions, shaping cross-border policies and advising on complex workplace issues. The position blends practical risk management with strategic counsel to sustain compliant, scalable people practices. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to a diverse, inclusive culture that enables growth and innovation.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide expert counsel on grievances, dismissals, contracts and benefits
• Advise People and Culture, management, and leaders on employee relations and risk
• Manage works councils, employee representatives, and union-related processes where applicable
• Oversee employment litigation and regulatory inquiries with cross-border context
• Monitor regional employment-law developments and update policies accordingly
• Support cross-border projects including policy harmonisation and workforce changes




• Communicate legal risk clearly and commercially
• Collaborate with the People and Culture team on strategic initiatives
Responsabilidades
• Law degree with current admission to practice in at least one specified jurisdiction (Australia, India, Mexico, the Philippines, Spain, Thailand, the UK, or the US)
• Extensive experience as a qualified employment lawyer in top-tier firms or multinational in-house teams
• Proven success advising on multi-jurisdictional employment matters; Spanish experience desirable
• Fluency in English; Spanish xqbhyrx desirable; other languages a plus
• Strong analytical, practical problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-time-zone environments
• Experience with AI technologies to improve efficiency
• Comfort with cross-border policy work and negotiations
