We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Field Application Engineer to support strategic OEM and eSIM projects. This role will act as a key technical interface between customers, partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation and support of innovative connectivity solutions.
As a Field Application Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting OEMs, ODMs, and strategic partners by providing technical consultancy, product expertise, project coordination, and customer support across the eSIM and iSE ecosystem.
Support OEMs, ODMs, and partners with technical consultancy and training related to eSIM/eUICC solutions.
Manage licensed product deliveries, including configuration, validation, technical documentation, and customer support.
Support pre-sales activities such as RFQ/RFP/RFI responses and technical presentations.
Provide post-sales technical support and act as the main technical point of contact for customers.
Define and prepare technical materials,



training documentation, and product samples.
Support operational follow-up and project execution until customer approval and successful delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields.
~+5 years of experience in technical support, field application engineering, customer support, or similar roles.
~ Previous experience working with OEMs, telecom, connectivity, or smart card technologies.
~ Advanced English level.
~ Candidates based in Spain with availability to work in a hybrid/international environment.
~ Knowledge of project management methodologies and technical customer support processes.
~ Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.

Familiarity with OEM processes, IC manufacturing processes, and mobile device integration.
Experience with Java, XML, and Java Card technologies is a plus.
