Our client is a leading international food manufacturer, partnering with many of the world's best-known food service and retail brands. They are now looking for a Capacity Planning Specialist EU to join their European Operations team and play a key role in coordinating planning activities across multiple manufacturing sites.

What you'll be doing

-

- Coordinate capacity and volume planning across multiple European manufacturing sites.

- Balance demand, production capacity and inventory to ensure an efficient supply chain.

- Manage demand adjustments, product allocations, promotional planning and intercompany transfers.

- Analyse demand trends, inventory performance and planning deviations, proposing improvements and corrective actions.





- Prepare reports, planning scenarios and business insights using Excel, SAP and SAP IBP .

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of SAP IBP.

What we're looking for

-

- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline.

- Experience in planning, supply chain, production planning or demand planning within a manufacturing environment.

- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Experience with SAP ; exposure to SAP IBP is an advantage but not essential.
