In this senior role, you will establish and lead the SAP Finance CoE in Spain, acting as the general authority for SAP finance platforms and shaping the target IT architecture for finance. You’ll combine strategic vision, deep SAP expertise, and executive stakeholder management to deliver scalable, future-ready finance solutions across group entities. You will drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement while mentoring the next generation of SAP finance specialists. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Act as the primary technical and strategic authority for SAP S/4HANA Finance and related modules (including SAP BDC and SAP PaPM).
• Build, lead and scale a high-performing SAP Finance CoE in Spain with a focus on innovation and knowledge sharing.
• Define and own the target operating model, architecture and solution design to support global SAP S/4HANA roll-outs.
• Partner with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to drive adoption and value realization of the platform.




• Align finance transformation initiatives with the group IT architecture and broader IT strategy.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, opportunities and business value.
• Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement across finance processes and SAP implementations.
• Mentor and develop talent within the CoE to build a pipeline of SAP and finance technology experts.

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations in global, complex environments.
• Deep SAP finance module expertise and exposure to future-oriented SAP technologies.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and IT integrations.
• Strong leadership with experience building/managing Centers of Excellence or global teams.
• Executive presence with ability to influence and communicate at senior management level.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
