Experteer Overview
As a Front-End Software Architect, you shape the user experience with modern JavaScript, collaborating with UX and product teams to define architectural vision. You translate designs into a powerful UI and guide engineers through architectural decisions. You shape high-level designs, align with backend API contracts, and lead agile development across the full SDLC, while mentoring others and driving DevOps alignment. This role offers cross-functional impact, learning opportunities, and a chance to scale interfaces for global customers.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define architectural vision for user interfaces in collaboration with UX and product teams
• Develop high-level technical designs for new features with a focus on future extensions and robustness
• Partner with backend architects to define API contracts, data models, and integration patterns
• Lead medium and large development projects following Agile methodologies across the SDLC
• Review architecture and code, mentoring developers in architectural decisions




• Drive DevOps alignment for frontend delivery (CI/CD, static analysis, automated testing, deployment)
• Discuss and validate requirements with product managers, analysts, and UX designers

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in designing and building software applications
• Proven technical leadership to guide architectural decisions
• Strong system thinking for frontend-backend-infrastructure integration
• Ability to mentor others in frontend patterns, testing, and performance tuning
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with product, UX, and QA teams
