As Senior Manager, Retrofit Sales you lead growth in Evac’s retrofit and modernization business, shaping how we position and deliver value-driven solutions in marine and cruise segments. You will act as a strategic partner to customers, coordinating cross-functional teams to win and execute complex opportunities. You’ll drive go-to-market strategies, engage senior stakeholders, and pilot innovative approaches to sustain long-term customer value. This role offers a chance to impact market leadership and sustainability within a fast-evolving industry.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Drive growth of retrofit business by building and converting a robust sales pipeline
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, commercial models and value propositions
• Engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite, to align with long-term business objectives
• Lead consultative, value-based sales cycles aligned to customer KPIs (profitability, sustainability, efficiency)
• Negotiate and close complex, long-cycle deals with strategic customers




• Coordinate cross-functional teams during pre-sales for feasibility and delivery readiness
• Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships through regular engagement
• Identify new opportunities and markets to expand retrofit adoption
• Capture insights, maintain CRM accuracy, translate data into actionable plans
• Champion innovation by piloting new approaches based on market feedback

Responsabilidades
• Proven track record in complex B2B sales, ideally in marine or industrial sectors
• Experience managing long-cycle opportunities and senior stakeholder engagement
• Ability to negotiate, influence and close high-value deals
• Skilled at leading cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Experience shaping commercial strategy, solution offerings, or new business models
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actions
• Confident in a fast-moving, evolving environment
