An established rural hotel and estate (Agroturisme / Agroturismo) located in Manacor is searching for 3 enthusiastic team members to join its restaurant service team. Whether you are looking to start your career in the hospitality industry or bring your existing energy and dedication to a new workplace, this full-time position allows you to deliver warm, high-quality customer service in a peaceful setting on the island.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service for every guest. Your daily tasks include:

- Preparing and setting up the restaurant and dining spaces before opening.
- Welcoming guests, offering menu advice, and delivering warm, professional customer care.
- Taking orders for food and beverages accurately and promptly.
- Serving food and drinks according to the establishment's standards.
- Setting and clearing tables efficiently during and after service.
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and neatness throughout all service areas.




- Working in close coordination with fellow front-of-house staff and kitchen personnel.

To be successful in this role, you should enjoy working with people and be committed to high service standards. Requirements for candidates:

- English language proficiency at a B1 level or higher is required.
- Knowledge of German is considered a valuable advantage.
- Possession of an A1 driving license.
- No prior experience is required (0 months needed), as long as you are reliable, motivated, and open to learning.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work seamlessly in a team.

What you can expect from this position:

- A seasonal fixed-discontinuous contract (fijo discontinuo) with full-time working hours.
- A contract duration of 5 months with an expected start date of August 1, 2026, and potential for renewal.
- An attractive gross annual salary of €25,935.98.
