Experteer Overview
As a Clinical Research Lead, you will manage clinical sites across therapeutic areas to ensure rapid enrolment, robust trial execution, and high-quality data. You will build strong investigator partnerships and oversee site performance and compliance to deliver an unparalleled experience for trial participation. Your work supports Lilly’s mission to advance life-changing medicines and improve patient health globally. This role combines strategic site management with hands-on vendor oversight and cross-functional collaboration. You will travel extensively to enable trial delivery and site readiness.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Identify and qualify clinical sites for Lilly trials
• Manage site performance to ensure enrolment readiness, recruitment/enrolment, and database locks; include issue mitigation
• Maintain site and country-level inspection readiness




• Understand local treatment paradigms to support feasibility and strategic trial allocation
• Oversee site monitoring vendor activities at site/country level
• Develop strong investigator relationships to enhance trial participation experience
• Build strategic institutional/site relationships to optimize trial delivery across therapeutic areas
• Travel 50-75% to support clinical operations

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Scientific or Health-related field
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical research
• Strong working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
