Senior Manager – Q2C PMO & Change Management Location: Barcelona HybridSe anima a todos los posibles solicitantes a que se desplacen y lean la descripción completa del puesto antes de presentar su candidatura.- 3 days per week in office At Gracia101, we are currently looking for a Q2C PMO & Change Management Senior Manager to join to our team.The role will be part of a major Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation and SAP S/4HANA migration, working across multiple Business Units and regions.We are looking for a senior professional who can combine PMO governance, transformation management and change management, coordinating Business, IT, Finance, Data and Commercial stakeholders throughout the programme.Key responsibilities: * Own the integrated Q2C transformation plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks and actions.* Coordinate cross-functional teams and implementation partners across regions and Business Units.* Lead PMO governance,



reporting and status updates.* Support Q2C process harmonisation and SAP S/4HANA Fit-to-Standard decisions.* Lead stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments and adoption planning.* Coordinate communication, training readiness, cutover and hypercare activities.* Track risks, issues, benefits and overall programme progress.What we're looking for: * 5–8+ years of experience in Transformation PMO, Change Management or ERP implementations.* Experience in Q2C / O2C, ideally within Customer Service, Commercial, Finance or Supply Chain environments.* Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.* Strong experience managing international and cross-functional stakeholders.* Knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, Agile and/or Prosci methodologies. xkdbapo * Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management skills.
