In this role you will strengthen reliable, compliant and well-governed IT services within a regulated financial market. You will monitor SLAs, support governance and risk management, and coordinate audit readiness across IT services. You’ll collaborate with risk owners, application owners and technical teams to improve resilience and service quality. Responsabilidades
• Minimum of 3 years in IT service management, IT audit, IT controls or governance in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of SLA governance, service reporting, operational risk and compliance processes
• Ability to coordinate evidence collection and remediation actions with multiple stakeholders
• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented with good communication and collaboration skills
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
