As FPu0026amp;A Systems u0026amp; Reporting Analyst, you will own OneStream administration and oversee financial data governance to enable reliable decision-making. You will partner with leaders to manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting, while driving system improvements and automations. The role sits at the intersection of finance and IT, ensuring data integrity and scalable reporting for the business. This remote position supports teams across regions, with a focus on governance, analytics, and continuous process optimization.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Primary OneStream administrator and subject-matter expert, managing metadata, workflows, and reporting solutions
• Oversee security, roles, access provisioning, and SOX-compliant controls
• Develop and maintain dashboards, cube views, and business rules for reporting
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual close, forecasting, and planning cycles within OneStream
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors on upgrades and enhancements




• Lead process automation initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and governance procedures
• Own master data change management and data governance standards
• Deliver standardized executive reports and insightful analyses combining financial and non-financial metrics
• Provide ad-hoc FPu0026A support including scenario modeling and business cases as needed

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years in FPu0026A, Financial Systems, Finance Transformation, or Financial Reporting
• Hands-on OneStream or comparable EPM platform administration
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience developing management reporting and dashboards
• Proven ability to manage large datasets and complex reporting environments
• Strong project manageme
