Senior professional Project Manager (site-based), responsible for managing customer relationships, and coordinating the delivery of construction projects. The Senior Project Manager will be supported by a site-based team during the construction, fit-out, commissioning and handover phases of the project.

Who we’re looking for:

Experience, Knowledge And Key Skills

- 5-8 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects - mission-critical, energy, industrial projects.
- Clear understanding of legislation impacting building contracts.
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
- Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills.
- Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Professional level of English. Spanish is an asset.
- Eligible to work in Spain.
- Availability to work on-site.

Qualifications

- University degree - Engineering, Construction management, Architecture or similar
- Additional qualification in Project Management is desirable
