Our vision is to establish a fully automated and intelligent supply chain globally.Responsibilities:Participate in the full lifecycle of on-site implementation and project delivery for AMR-based warehouse automation projects across EuropeSupport the Project Manager in coordinating customers, suppliers, installation teams, and internal functions such as R&D;, Product, and Software to ensure smooth project executionTrack project schedules and coordinate and monitor on-site installation, equipment commissioning, system integration, testing, and acceptance activitiesSupport the management of on-site work quality, safety,



and operational compliance.Identify field issues and project risks in a timely manner and drive them toward effective resolutionPrepare and maintain project documentation, including installation records, acceptance documents, risk lists, and lessons learnedSupport the coordination and management of on-site resources, including personnel, equipment, materials, and external partnersContribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of project delivery processes to improve implementation quality and delivery efficiencyTravel frequently across Europe according to project requirementsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Automation Engineering, or a related fieldStrong interest in project management, automation systems, and project deliveryGood organizational, coordination, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong problem-analysis skills and the ability to proactively follow up on and drive issues toward resolutionResponsible, proactive, and team-oriented, with a strong field service mindsetProfessional working proficiency in English. xkdbapo Spanish language skills are a plusWillingness and ability to travel frequently across EuropePreferred Qualifications:Internship or professional experience in automation, logistics systems, equipment installation, or project implementationExperience in project coordination, supplier coordination, or customer communicationA valid EU driving licenceHay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
