We're Hiring: Multilingual Account Executives | Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)

Are you a motivated sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're recruiting Account Executives to join a multinational company in Madrid, Spain, working in a hybrid environment with excellent earning potential and clear career progression.

German

French

Polish

Czech

What You'll Do

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling.

Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive customer success.

€30,000 gross annual base salary

Uncapped commission structure

Requirements

C1–C2 proficiency in one of the target languages (German, French, Polish, Czech and French)

C1–C2 English

1–6 years of experience in B2B sales, including roles such as Account Executive, Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative

(SDR), Outbound Sales, or similar

Comfortable with cold calling and working in a target-driven environment

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Important Eligibility

Applicants must already be living in Spain.

No relocation support or visa sponsorship is available. xhfqzwm Candidates who are not currently residing in Spain will not be considered.
