Head of Financial Control & Compliance About Catalyxx

Catalyxx is an innovative industrial technology company transforming the chemical industry through proprietary technology that converts bioethanol into renewable chemicals.

Following several years of successful technology development and the support of leading international investors, Catalyxx is entering a pivotal stage of growth, including the financing, construction and commissioning of its first commercial-scale plant, while simultaneously expanding its international footprint.

To support this exciting phase, we are looking for an experienced Head of Financial Control & Compliance who will become the CFO's key partner and lead the Group's financial control, accounting, compliance and finance operations.

We are not simply looking for an outstanding finance professional. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building a best-in-class finance organisation capable of supporting the company's long-term international growth.

The Opportunity

This role combines strategic responsibility with a strong hands-on approach.

You will have real autonomy to lead the Group's finance operations, develop a growing team and drive the continuous improvement of financial processes, systems and internal controls.

Working closely with the CFO,



you will play a key role in project financing, investor relations, external audits, international expansion and the ongoing transformation of the finance function.

What You Will Do/Key Responsabilities Finance Leadership

- Lead the Group's Financial Control, Accounting, Treasury, Administration and Compliance functions.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity and timely delivery of financial information across the Group.
- Design and implement scalable financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Act as the CFO's primary business partner in the day-to-day management of the finance function.

Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements.
