Job Description Have you recently completed your studies and are ready to start your career in an international company? Or do you already have experience in project management and are looking for a new challenge to grow your expertise in exciting construction projects? As a Junior Project Manager,you’ll be part of an international and innovative environment, contributing to challenging projects and helping to shape them from start to finish inSpain! Sound exciting?
Key responsibilities Support the management of work packages across all phases of EPCM projects
Assist in tracking project performance related to schedule, cost, and quality
Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors
Support project planning activities, including schedules, cost estimates, and reporting
Supervise contractors’ on-site activities to ensure compliance
Assist in procurement processes and basic contract administration tasks
Maintain organized project documentation and ensure clear communication among stakeholders
Contribute to feasibility studies, technical analysis, and gradually take on increasing project responsibilities
Collaborate with colleagues across the Drees & Sommer international organization




Qualifications Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Strong interest in EPCM project delivery within industrial projects
Previous experience in project management, engineering, or real estate consulting
Basic understanding of project lifecycle management, including planning, procurement, and construction phases under Spanish and European legislation
International exposure and intercultural awareness are an advantage
Strong communication skills, proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility
Willingness to travel regularly as required by project needs (across Spain and internationally if it is required)
Passion for working on major international projects and for travelling
Ability to take on responsibility quickly
Leadership skills and willingness to lead, learn and contribute to the team
A high level of English is required (C1). Knowledge of German is a plus.
