Experteer Overview
In this role you drive intra-week forecasting and capacity decisions for EU AMZL, aligning short-term planning with long-term objectives to maintain high customer experience while controlling costs. You lead a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate with central operations and external partners, and continuously improve processes and KPIs. You will act as a problem solver and escalation point, balancing speed, accuracy, and efficiency in a dynamic logistics environment. This position intertwines data-driven decision making with cross-functional collaboration to scale services and sustain performance.

• Maintain and report up-to-date KPIs, management reports and analysis (DBR/WBR/Intra-week)

Responsabilidades
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar
• Problem solving and data analytics experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
• English proficiency (CEFR C1)
• Experience with operations/supply chain (preferred)
• Experience with SQL and Python scripting (preferred)
