Experteer Overview
In this role you help clients understand how Harvey’s AI-powered solutions enhance daily legal workflows. You work closely with Account Executives to educate and demonstrate value to law firms and in-house legal teams. You establish credibility as a legal expert, conduct tailored product demos, and translate customer feedback into product insights. You’ll shape conversations with lawyers and executives, contributing to Harvey’s mission to redefine knowledge work in the legal sector.

• Engage with lawyers to diagnose workflow challenges and articulate how Harvey’s AI solves them
• Demonstrate credibility as a legal expert through research, drafting, due diligence, and governance topics
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to different legal practice areas and client contexts
• Collaborate with marketing to create attorney-focused content




• Act as the Voice of the Customer to inform sales and product strategy from a legal perspective
• Tailor introductions of new solutions to client needs and advance perceived value
• Support overall market positioning of Harvey as credible and helpful to lawyers
• Conduct research on customers and competitors
• Travel to client sites as needed

Responsabilidades
• Qualified to practice law in Spain
• Minimum 3 years at a top-tier Spanish law firm
• Executive engagement and relationship-building abilities
• Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences
• Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges
• Curiosity about AI’s potential in the legal industry
• Sales or client-facing experience is a plus
• Experience managing law firm client matters and relationships (advantageous)
