Since 2009, we've delivered 20,000+ projects and supported 100+ clients in building sustainable revenue through affiliate channels. We’re looking for an experienced Middle+ Full Stack Developer to join our in-house team in Palma. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining scalable applications and database systems, are comfortable and experienced using AI-tools in an AI-based development environment and ask the right questions to secure quality. Develop and maintain full stack applications using PHP, Elastic Search, MySQL , and Laravel
Design and optimize database schemas and queries
Improve application performance, security, and scalability
Contribute to planning, architecture decisions, and documentation
5+ years as a developer or DevOps engineer
Strong experience with PHP, Elastic Search, MySQL , and modern backend frameworks
Comfortable with JavaScript (vanilla; React or Vue.js is a plus)
Experience in Linux environments (Ubuntu) and version control (Git)
Experience in efficiently using AI development tools and quality control
