Si su perfil encaja, presente su 3 days per week in office We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager – General Quote-to-Cash Process to shape and drive the global Quote-to-Cash agenda across business units and regions.This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can connect process strategy, transformation and execution—driving harmonisation, standardisation, governance and measurable business improvement across a complex global You'll Do * Own the global Quote-to-Cash process vision, design principles and governance.* Lead process mapping and future-state design aligned to S/4HANA and fit-to-standard principles.* Translate cross-business priorities into a clear, value-focused improvement roadmap.* Drive process harmonisation and adoption across regions, channels and business segments.* Monitor process performance and adherence, identifying opportunities for corrective action and continuous improvement.* Use KPIs, customer impact and business value to prioritise improvement initiatives.* Lead cross-functional efficiency initiatives, particularly across Billing & Credit.* Manage governance updates, escalations,
