The European Investment Bank (EIB) Representation in Kyiv seeks a Municipal and Regional Development Specialist for a 3-year fixed-term contract, based in Kyiv. You will contribute to identifying, appraising, and monitoring municipal infrastructure and urban development projects across Ukraine.
You will work with local authorities, EU institutions and partners, manage Technical Assistance, and support reconstruction priorities, including housing, urban mobility and education.
