We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Agent position in Bulgaria, based in the vibrant city of Sofia. Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services sector.

- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring a premium experience that aligns with company standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex service-related issues.

- Adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs) regarding response times and resolution quality.

- Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.





- Valid EU passport (mandatory).

- Proficiency in computer systems and digital communication tools.
