You’ll also team up with clients to figure out exactly what they need to offer the best solutions.

Here’s the scoop on what you’ll be doing:

- Provide information to customers and answer questions via telephone and email.
- Accept and process customer orders using computer programmes.
- Make changes to customer orders as needed and offer details on services, prices, and purchase options.
- Inform customers about any changes to their orders.
- Draft, edit,



and process correspondence and other documents.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable products.

Expect to work closely with supervisors and mentors on exciting projects and join in on team meetings to keep the good vibes going. Plus, you’ll take on extra tasks as needed to ensure top‑n’t service and happy customers.

- Fluent or native Norwegian (written and spoken)
- Good English skills
