Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking a mid-career professional to partner with us and lead a full Operator-Led Buyout (OLBO) to acquire and manage a SME in Spain. You will spearhead a 24-month search, with support from our Investment Management team, and assume the CEO role of the acquired company.
You should bring 15+ years of experience with P&L; leadership, an MBA/Executive MBA, and fluency in English and Spanish. An entrepreneurial mindset and track record in business growth are essential.
