Experteer Overview
In this role you will build and optimize the IT infrastructure that supports ABB Robotics' Sevensense team across Barcelona and Zurich, enabling engineers to develop cutting-edge visual navigation systems. You will bridge local sites with global stakeholders to ensure compliant, secure operations while delivering reliable IT services. You’ll implement innovative, scalable solutions and oversee day-to-day IT support and endpoint management. This is a hands-on position in a fast-moving, collaboration-focused environment with meaningful impact on robotics development.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Set up, manage, and optimize IT infrastructure, hardware, and networks for Barcelona office and cloud/on-prem environments
• Collaborate with IT peers in Zurich to ensure seamless operations and standardized workflows
• Bridge local sites and integral stakeholders to implement corporate IT policies and procedures
• Enforce cybersecurity practices and local compliance with global security standards




• Provide hands-on endpoint management, software provisioning, and daily IT support for the local team

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in IT Administration, Systems Administration, or IT Infrastructure
• Valid cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent)
• Experience setting up IT infrastructure for new offices or scaling environments
• Strong understanding of corporate IT policies, governance, and stakeholder management
• Solid networking knowledge (firewalls, VPNs, routing), OS deployment, and endpoint management (Linux)
• Proficiency in English for daily collaboration with Zurich team and stakeholders
