As part of a dynamic IT & HR team, you'll help optimize internal workflows, provide technical and functional support, and contribute to the digital transformation of HR. · Handle incidents, evolutive changes, and business requirements in HR processes.

· Parameterize and maintain SAP HCM modules (PA, PY, PT).

· Participate in functional testing, validations, and go-live activities.

· Prepare clear functional and technical documentation.

· Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.

· Learn new applications and technologies within the HR ecosystem.

· Hybrid model: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.
