To ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders while providing effective support throughout the order-to-delivery process. The role contributes to customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal stakeholders, resolving order-related issues, and maintaining accurate information regarding product availability, delivery dates, pricing, and returns.

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
- Manage and resolve order, delivery, and shipping-related issues.
- Monitor customer orders and ensure systems are updated with current information regarding product availability, shortages, delivery schedules, and price changes.
- Act as a liaison between customers, production, logistics, and distribution teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
- Support the management of product/partsreturns and related documentation.
- Analyze and summarize reports on customer inquiries, service issues, delivery performance, customer complaints, sales trends, and return reasons.
- Provide customers with information and/or documentation regarding order status, product availability, and delivery.
- Maintain data accuracy in ERP and customer service systems or platforms.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when appropriate

Skills, knowledge and experience

- Understanding of order management, customer service processes, logistics, shipping, and returns processes by experience
- English knowledge is a must (min. B1)
- Valuable: knowledge of SAP and CRM (C4C) or similar (Salesforce, Opera, etc)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
