Experteer Overview
In this Senior Marketing Analyst role, you’ll bridge Marketing and Analytics to drive data-driven decision making and marketing impact. You’ll design experiments, apply causal inference, and own ad-platform integrations and data pipelines feeding the data warehouse. You’ll develop multi-touch attribution models and partner with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business priorities. This is a hands-on, independent position in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a clear impact on marketing performance and product initiatives.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, geo-holdouts, incrementality) to measure marketing spend impact
• Apply causal inference methods to estimate channel and campaign impact from observational data
• Own integrations with ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and build data pipelines feeding the warehouse
• Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models and validate them against causal results
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data modeling for marketing datasets to ensure scalable pipelines
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses, create dashboards, and surface actionable insights for Performance, SEO, lifecycle, and product marketing teams




• Partner with Analytics and Marketing leadership on priorities and cross-functional initiatives (pricing, new product launches)

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Analytics; at least 2 years in Marketing Analytics (SaaS preferred)
• Strong SQL and BI tool proficiency
• Python or R for experimentation and causal analysis
• Hands-on experience designing experiments and applying causal inference
• Experience integrating with ad-platform APIs (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok) and maintaining related data pipelines
• Experience building or maintaining multi-touch attribution models and validating them with causal methods
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and communicate to stakeholders
• Extremely detail-oriented with high standards for deliverables
• Proactive, independent work style and ownership of initiatives
